We reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Your initial consultation is scheduled within 48-72 hours, letting you experience our facility and meet your assigned coach before committing.

Yes. Every client completes a movement assessment and goal-mapping session. We then build your personalized training protocol, adjusting intensity, frequency, and exercise selection based on your baseline.
Which areas of Singapore does Macawgym serve?
We're located in central Singapore with clientele across the island. Most members travel under 20 minutes. We also offer remote coaching for those preferring digital programming and check-ins.
